What is endermologie - lipomassage?
LPG Endermologie Lipomassage is a highly developed, proven method for the treatment of cellulite, localised fat deposits and for the general improvement of body shape. The technique (developed in France in 1986) has established itself internationally as one of the most effective non-surgical procedures for skin and body care.
The method is based on the principle of endermology and uses a specialised vacuum massage technique to stimulate both the superficial and deeper layers of the skin, including the subcutaneous tissue. A motorised roller with a vacuum and kneading mechanism creates a gentle vacuum that tightens the skin; at the same time, the roller moves the tissue in a rhythmic pattern - an even, deep-acting kneading massage.
This stimulation stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. This revitalises the skin structure and leads to visible tightening and smoothing. In addition, „dormant“ cells in the tissue are reactivated, fat deposits are mobilised and microcirculation is improved - for a more even complexion.
What are the areas of application of lipomassage?
Cellulite and fat reduction
The LPG lipomassage is particularly effective against cellulite („orange peel skin“) and stubborn fat deposits. The vacuum massage deeply stimulates the tissue, tightens and smoothes the skin and improves the uneven distribution of fat - including on the legs and buttocks. Ideal as a complement to a liposuction.
Treatment of scars
The gentle, rhythmic kneading massage makes scar tissue softer and smoother, reduces feelings of tension and smoothes dents - ideal after operations or injuries.
Regeneration
Endermologie promotes metabolism and blood circulation, supports regeneration and has a relaxing effect - a plus for well-being and health.
Grease removal & contour
Despite exercise and a healthy diet, existing fat deposits on the hips, stomach, thighs or back can be reduced in a targeted manner. The waist-to-hip ratio also benefits. The method also supports the management of lipoedema and water retention. In combination with Morpheus8 skin tightening and collagen formation can be further intensified.
Facial treatment
In addition to body areas, lipomassage can also be used on the face - e.g. for a double chin - to create firmer contours.
What is the procedure of an Endermologie LPG treatment?
To begin with, you put on a special Endermo-Wear suit. It protects the skin and optimises the gliding ability for an even, pleasant treatment. You then lie down and relax on the treatment table.
The team from lecturer dr Matiasek works with the CELLU M6 Alliance® Medical (Alliance 80 attachment). The motorised attachment performs a gentle but effective vacuum and rolling massage. Skin and fatty tissue are stimulated, microcirculation is improved and cells are stimulated to produce collagen and elastin - for firmer, smoother skin.
The intensity is individually adapted to the target, area and sensitivity. Initial effects are often seen after 3-4 sessions. At the start 2-3 sessions per week is recommended in order to maximise tissue stimulation. After this, a Maintenance session per month, to stabilise results.
Can Endermologie LPG treatment also help with lipoedema?
Endermologie lipomassage has proven to be very promising for alleviating lipoedema symptoms. You stimulates the lymph flow and supports the removal of excess fluids. At the same time, it activates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin - crucial for skin firmness and elasticity.
Fat cells, which can swell and harden in lipoedema, are also influenced by the stimulated cell metabolism. The deep stimulation („hyperdrainage“), which reaches down to the muscle fascia, enables intensive lymphatic drainage, which can hardly be achieved manually at this depth. Many patients report relief after just a few sessions; for lasting results, it is usually 10-12 sessions plus regular maintenance appointments.
How often do I need a lipomassage using LPG Endermologie?
The exact frequency depends on the objective and skin condition. The final result is usually visible after 10-20 sessions. In the first month we recommend lecturer dr Matiasek 2-3 treatments per week (intensive phase). Subsequently, it is usually sufficient to 1 session per month for long-term stabilisation of results and continuous optimisation of skin structure and contour.
How much does an LPG Endermologie lipomassage cost?
The Costs vary depending on the treatment area and the number of sessions required. Individual factors such as area size and treatment plan play a role. You will receive a transparent, personalised cost breakdown and possible financing solutions during your consultation with lecturer dr Matiasek.
